Question: When will I receive my unit?

Answer: We ask that you allow us 3-5 business days to process orders and 1-5 business days for shipping. An email will be sent with all the tracking information. 

 

Question: Can I sew my wig? glue it? or wear it glueless?

Answer: Yes, Yes, and Yes! Any unit we offer has the option of being sewn on, glued, or wear glueless with our elastic band method.

 

Question: How long will my wig last?

Answer: The longevity of your wig relies on you, your lifestyle, and how well you care for the unit. Your unit has been made with the highest quality in craftsmanship, however, if you don't care for it properly the life of the unit will be shorter. With proper care, a unit can last up to at least 1-2 years. HAIR CARE TIPS INCLUDE: brush your unit gently, add serum about once a week, wash it with quality shampoo when it starts to feel dull, and use quality products to retain moisture of the hair. Treat this unit as if it's your own hair and you will not be disappointed.
